Common questions

Which rate goes on an invoice?
For an invoice in a foreign currency, the dinar value is worked out at the NBS middle rate on the day of supply, the trading date on the invoice. That is why you can pick a date here.
What is the middle rate?
The average of the buying and selling rate, which the NBS publishes every business day. Banks use their own rates, which differ, so the amount on your account may not match.
Which rate applies on weekends and holidays?
The last one published, that is, the previous business day's. Under the result you see the day the rate is valid from.
Where does the data come from?
From the official NBS rate list, through a public service that mirrors it. For bookkeeping, always check nbs.rs as well.
